To make the application innovative and affordable, Approach leveraged SAP’s HANA cloud platform to deliver Growing Teams which also reduces the cost overheads incurred with On-premise solutions. The application is capable of learning user’s preferences in each area and renders relevant content on screen thus reducing usage complexities to just point and click. “HANA is SAP’s big data database that delivers the same speed of access anywhere across the globe, allowing us to process, Rosters, Time evaluation, Payroll, Costing and Billing ‘in the moment’, removing the need for the authorisation steps that come with legacy systems”.

Growing Teams allows organizations to manage time efficiently overseeing the non-revenue generating time sheets with simple clicks. The application effectively plans rosters permitting breaks between shifts with minimum workdays and maximum work hours to be clocked in a quarter. It sends out warning messages when work time exceeds and strikes a balance in fatigue management. The application also enables users to apply custom rules to stay compliant. Growing Teams clusters accidents data and time worked history to generate trends and displays graphical representation on the effects of mismanaging shift planning and where fatigue recommendations have been overruled.

Sandy has twenty-five years’ experience in all facets of HRIS projects in both the private and public sectors throughout the world. She has extensive experience in strategy implementation, process reviews, and gap analysis. Sandy has followed projects from the scoping phase though blueprinting to complete rollout of payroll and HR in numerous countries throughout the world. Sandy believes all Cloud solutions should be simple and easy to use, minimum effort to implement. Her number one rule is that the employee must be able to use the solution.

Guilherme is Mobile Developer with extensive experience.
Guilherme has built apps for many companies in the finance, real estate, décor and ride-share sectors. Now with Approach Solutions, Guilherme is managing the Growing Teams app using SAP Technologies.
He is an iOS Instructor and helped hundreds of students to become an iOS Developer

Responsible for the android development being rolled out in parallel to iOS.

Marie Lovric

Marie Lovric

Member of the original team to rollout SAP HCM, Payroll and Time evaluation across twelve countries in Asia.
Early team member of Workday from founding through to market leader, competing with SAP.
Responsible for implementations, training, template builds for SAP and Workday.
Marie is also responsible for internal certifications such as ISO, compliance processes and Project Management certifications

Matt Allen

Matt is former Regional CEO and President of UBS AG Japan and Managing Director of Swiss Bank Corporation in Australia and past President of the Australian Farr 40 Class Association. Matt is a member of the Olympic Team Appeal Committee (NSW) and sits on the Arbitration Panel for the 35th Americas Cup

Matt became a Director of Australian Sailing in 2011, serving as Vice President and a member of the Planning and Finance and Nominations Committee and was elected President of Australian Sailing in November 2013.

Victoria Hayman

With the loss of Les Hayman as my mentor and go to person, over the last few months Victoria stepped into his shoes and has provided a new approach to meeting our challenge to transform ourselves from development to commercialisation.
Victoria Hayman now takes over from Les on our board of advisors.

Tom James

Tom James

Tom started his working life at James Martin Associates in a business development role, setting up businesses in Sweden, Denmark and Finland. Tom went on to co-found IOCORE, a Scandinavian IT-services business, which listed on the Helsinki stock exchange in 2001, and Intec Telecom Systems (ITL) which is currently listed on the London Stock Exchange.
